considering
how we were both dressed, it felt like we traveled back in time to no
time in particular. just one where nothing else existed but two souls
walking the dried land. It was relaxing, despite the surprising heat.
for four days before and two days after, it had been well below the
normal 105 degree weather we had been experiencing, but it never fails
that they day we trek out to this lovely spot of land that the heat
spikes and the sun pounds on our backs. I want to spend more time here.
It's so quiet and I thoroughly enjoy quiet, where everything is as it should be. everything is untouched and unspoiled and there are absolutely no worries creeping in the back of my mind. I need to go back.
