it always delights me to stumble across someone that inspires me, that becomes a sort of muse. and I think to come across that person is often rare, but I have been lucky to come across not just one, but two. this is brianna beasley and I have photographed her once before in my lost sisters editorial last year. and I've grown to enjoy photographing her immensely and I hope to continue to do so in the future.

I'm back from NYC! Well..it's been about a week since I came back, but most of that has been spent sleeping and going through photos (which will be published in due time) and preparing to leave for Florida (oh, family vacations)
Without going into some long, romantic, rant about how much I ADORE the city and how it's just perfect and I how I literally fell in love with it...I will leave you with this link to a video that Lindsay Gray, Kevin Davidson, and myself filmed while we were there..documenting our adventures that occurred during the two weeks we stayed there. And Lindsay gets complete credit for the editing!
Ballad Of...Baby K!
And more exciting news came to me while I was in the city..my editorial that I shot wayyy back in February (right after my untimely car wreck) was published in Ballad Of Magazine, their Baby K issue!
earlier this month, I had the privelage to shoot for FD Luxe once again. this time around we were inspired by the great Deborah Turbeville (who is one of my absolute favorite photographers). We were able to spend nearly all day at this fantastic house and oh how I could of spent a whole week photographing that place.
